I’m one of those people who can barely keep up with the holidays, so it’s no surprise that I’m all about last minute Halloween costumes – hence the simple mouse makeup and hair tutorial to create a mouse costume! Whether you’re looking to apply mouse makeup for Halloween, or for a costume party, or for a dance recital, or for a play – this mouse makeup tutorial is easy and quick!

For this easy mouse makeup I created a darker eye makeup look, drew on a black nose and whiskers with my eye shadow palette. Then created a dual colour lip with a red on top and a pink on the bottom.
Bada-bing-bada-boom! Makeup is done.
I made “space buns” for mouse ears, I applied dry shampoo to my hair and then parted my hair down the middle.
I want my hair to stay in place and not need fussing over, so I applied mousse to each side and twisted my hair into two buns on top of my head. If you want extra hold, apply mousse directly to each bun once they are where you want them to stay.
That’s it, it’s so simple even I could do it!
