First, I refresh my hair with the Herbal Essences dry shampoo – spraying my roots throughout. The best part? No white powdery mess that you need to work into your hair and scalp! You can see proof in the video. Plus it’s paraben & gluten free. *thumbs up*

Then I use my Nume 25 mm curling rod and alternate the direction of how I wrap my hair around the rod on either side, it creates a more natural curl effect.

For those who have difficulty curling their hair or the curl falling out half way through the day, try to hold the curl up to your head for 10 seconds to cool each strand before you move on to the next.

Then when you’ve curled all your hair apply the Beautycounter Sea Salt Mist (but click here to find out why I don’t sell Beautycounter anymore…) that is infused with Himalayan pink salt, red algae extract, and clay, it creates beachy waves.

And that is it! That’s all there is to it.
